Dannex Ayrton Starwin Plc is committed to the highest standards of integrity, ethical conduct, and compliance. We encourage employees, partners, and stakeholders to report any concerns about misconduct, fraud, bribery, corruption, or unethical behaviours.
All reports are handled confidentially, investigated independently, and whistleblowers are protected against retaliation. Anonymous reporting is allowed. Each person who reports a concern under this policy is expected to act in good faith.

What Should Be Reported
A whistleblowing report should be made where there is a reasonable belief that wrongdoing has occurred, is occurring, or is likely to occur. This includes, but is not limited to:
➡️ Fraud, which means any act or omission, including a misrepresentation, that knowingly and recklessly misleads, or attempts to mislead, a party to obtain financial or other benefit or to avoid an obligation;
➡️ Corruption, which includes offering, giving, receiving, or soliciting, directly or indirectly, anything of value to influence improperly the actions of another party;
➡️ Misconduct or an improper state of affairs or circumstances which may include failure to the observe the policies and codes of conduct;
➡️ Coercive practices, which mean impairing or harming, or threatening to impair or harm, directly or indirectly, any party or the property of the party to influence improperly the actions of the party;
➡️ Collusive practices, which mean an arrangement between two or more parties designed to achieve an improper purpose, including financial irregularities, influencing improperly the actions of another party;
➡️ Misappropriation of funds;
➡️ Cases of bullying physical/sexual harassment and those concerning dignity at work;
➡️ General malpractice such as immoral, illegal or unethical conduct (including placing or endangering health and safety); and
➡️ Conduct which constitutes an infringement of prevailing laws, statutes, regulation and which may include illegal conduct such as theft, violence and criminal damage.
➡️ Any other activity which undermines the operations and corporate philosophy or constitutes a threat against a person who has made a disclosure or is believed or suspected to have made or be planning to make a disclosure.
Protection for the Whistleblower
Any person who reports an irregularity, provided that this is done in good faith and in compliance with the provisions of this policy, shall be protected against any acts of retaliation.
Protection for a Whistleblower shall be afforded in terms of one or more of the following:
- Identity protection
- Protection from Detriment/Reprisals or Retaliation
- Civil, criminal and administrative liability protection.
How to Report
A whistleblowing report may either be submitted or made by using any of the available options below. It’s is expected to be made in strict confidence and hence the whistleblower must ensure that the report is made or submitted in confidence.
