Mr. Alex Kwabena Bonney is a Cost Accountant, and holds a Diploma in Regulatory Economics from the University of Florida, USA.
Alex has served in several capacities on other Boards including the Ghana Trades Union Congress as Chairman from 1992 to date. He is also the President of the Organization of Trade Unions in West Africa (OTUWA).
Alex served as a Board Member of Dannex Ltd from 2011 to 2019, and is currently a Non-Executive Member of the Board of Directors of Dannex Ayrton Starwin Plc.
As a unionist, he is an expert in mediation and arbitration and brings to the Board in-depth knowledge on labour issues from the wealth of experience gathered from all over the world.
